What we process

To deliver a file we process the request URL, response status, byte count, node identifier and a truncated client network prefix. Full client addresses are not written to long-term storage.

What we do not do

• we do not build advertising profiles;
• we do not sell or rent delivery logs;
• we do not inject scripts, pixels or cookies into cached responses;
• we do not inspect the contents of files beyond what caching needs.

Retention

Aggregated delivery counters are retained for 30 days. Raw per-request records are retained for 72 hours for debugging and then discarded. Customers on the Scale plan can have raw records delivered to their own bucket instead.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies. The console sets one session cookie, required for sign-in, with no third-party access.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure providers for compute and transit in each region, and a payment processor for billing. The current list is available to account owners on request.

Access, correction and deletion requests go to privacy@northlane-cdn.example and are answered within 30 days.
